2. Use of this website
This website is provided for information about our advanced materials platform (NESS Technologies) and our sustainable product range (NÜ Products). By accessing the site you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
3. Enquiries and samples
Enquiries submitted through this website or by email are treated as requests for information, not binding orders. Any samples, spec sheets, certification packs or pricing indications we share are for evaluation purposes only, subject to change, and do not form a contract of sale.
4. Trade orders
Orders for NESS-MTS materials, NÜ Products or any bespoke pack are governed by a separate sales contract confirmed in writing between NÜ Eco and the buyer. That contract prevails over any wording on this site. Delivery terms, minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms are agreed per order.
5. Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, product names, material grade names (including NESS-MTS and GMX), photography, illustrations, copy and layouts on this website are the property of NÜ Eco or its licensors. NESS-MTS is protected by patents granted in the United Kingdom, United States, Taiwan, Australia and China. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Product claims and certifications
All performance, carbon and end-of-life claims on this website are supported by third-party certifications and test data available on request. Certifications include, where stated per product, SGS Eco Product, EU RoHS, REACH SVHC, FDA food safety (TÜV Rheinland), EN13430, ISO 15985 and ASTM D5338. Certifications relate to the material or product as tested and may not apply to third-party formulations that incorporate NÜ inputs.
7. Disclaimer
We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available. Material properties, certifications, pack sizes and prices may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NÜ Eco excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
