When you contact us directly we hold the correspondence we exchange.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, provide samples, spec sheets, certification packs or trade pricing, and to correspond about a potential or active supply relationship. We do not send marketing without your explicit request.

Our lawful basis for processing your enquiry is legitimate interest (responding to a business contact who has asked us for information) and, where relevant, the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering a contract.
